Help Me Pastor... I don't know how to discuss about my Situation.. But before... I can Think Clearly.. I can Focus on something... But now.. I can't even focus to someone who is talking... I always mind my thoughts.. If it is right or not... Coz.. There was a background story about that.. I am part of a Christian Church.. I don't know what happen.. My mind saying to me that it's about the kind or how to deliver of our pastor and even other workers about the word.. To think that every moves we had they have something to say.. Now.. A lot of us.. As a former member of those church.. A lot of us are afraid and so conscious about what we talk and move... I know its good to have self control and to think first on what we talk or do..
