Also, the information about I 140 you mentioned is not fully correct.it only allows H1 visa holder to apply for 3 year extension after 6 years of h1 visa I find it hypocritical when you are asking your Indian expat friends and family to not comment about India but you can freely express your opinion about the US.

Correct way of thinking by Anand. I'm not in US and but all my family members are in US who doesn't care what Nationality they belong as long as they earn in USD they are happy. They don't want them considered as Indians as they prefer US who's paying in USD. No nonsense national feelings etc once you go out for job earnings in other Foreign currency.
