Hi friends welcome to Anu's Kitchen.Today I am sharing Christmas special Sannas or steamed rice cakes.
Ingredients
Parboiled rice-1/2 cup
Raw Rice/Idli Rice/Sona Masoori-1/2 cup
Urad dal/uzhunnu-2 tablespoon
Yeast-1/2 tspn
Sugar-1/2 tspn
Warm water-2 tablespoon
Sugar-as needed
