From what I I understand, H is still Prince Henry, and his wife is still Princess Henry, both royal. They are not, however working royals. QEII did not strip them of their HRHs, she merely instructed them not to use their HRHs. To the World at large, HRHs mean next to nothing. As many of us did not grow up with royal traditions in our countries, whether or not someone is referred to as HRH is truly meaningless. I personally can’t stand the pair of them and wish they would ride off into obscurity. But, as that is not going to happen, the only way to deal with them is to completely ignore them. They never said it’s a royal tour. The British press who can’t stop following them did. They should mind their royals and leave Harry and Meghan alone. Not every country wants to have the royals, who told you that? Many countries can live without the British monarchy.
