The need for ad hoc, special tribunals following wars involving Persecutions, and atrocities of large scale is necessary. History forever would’ve looked at the destruction of the Old Bridge as a horrible act, done for persecutors reasons. However after such examination as one by eight of the best judges on earth, determined the individual circumstances and intent. So now history doesn’t condemn those responsible, it becomes written in the History books throughout humanity. People wouldn’t have known that, without such scrupulous examining.The other events that were horrible events are confirmed and the evidence laid before the world. The near East (Syria and West Iraq), desperately need such a tribunal for cipher and avert collective holding of guilt becoming too potent.
