I do agree it sounds a lot like Fear Factory among others, but I can't help but also feel some KMFDM channeled in as well. But that is my two cents. You have to give Mick Gordon credit, he's made a soundtrack that on one end stands on it's own, but also pays clear homage to the older theme(s). This and TJ's being my personal two favorites for now. I also give props to the one who's edited this cause it isn't so straitforward, and easy to screw up. Bravo.

Meh I disagree. Several of the characters IG did on foward were pretty legit on how they were on the OG game, specially Cinder and Maya. TJ Combo looks less ridicolous than before, and Tusk actually looks like a barbarian/viking warrior instead of a Conan copy. And the new characters they managed for the most were amazing like Hisako or Kan-Ra
