My wife wanted me to have a smart phone and got me one for Christmas. I'd never really had much interest. I'm old and feeble minded but I'm finding the Apple watch increasingly useful. Long story but I ski without glasses and can't read a phone without glasses. So sending a text while skiing is a royal PITA. I don't send a lot of texts but if we get separated or there's some reason to communicate with her I can send a text via Siri or make a call via Siri and never take have to deal with the phone. I answer and make nearly all calls using the Watch. I change the complications depending on what I'm doing. I can pop up a calendar, quickly add voice memos, check weather, And I'm finding the health and fitness apps increasingly useful. The native skiing app is pretty lame but I downloaded a 3rd party app which is pretty dang good. I recently downloaded a sleep and heart health apps (I don't recall the name but from the same company) and they provide a lot of information. So I'm finding it increasingly useful. So I'm trying to learn more because I think it can have far more uses than I ever thought possible. No doubt a far more useful tool for iPhone users. Hope you enjoy.

Thanks for this! With the watch face complications, when you select a complication and use the crown to rotate through, my new Apple Series 6 won't let me do that. I click it and it opens up a scroll menu and shows a list of apps. I can't see how it is applied in the watch face itself unless I individually click each app. I much prefer it how yours displays - is there a setting I need to activate to allow it to do this?

The charger is a round magnetic concave device that attaches to the back of the phone. The other end is a USB-C plug, so you need a USB-C outlet to charge the phone.

The create a passcode for the Apple Watch I think is a great feature because unlike your phone it doesn’t require you to type it in every time you turn it on the only time the passcode comes into play as when you remove the watch from your wrist and if someone tries to get on it or go through it they would need to enter your passcode once you put the watch back on your wrist you enter the passcode once you don’t have to do it until you take the watch off your wrist again

The glance feature is obsolete. It has been replaced by the docking function. The video is not completely and properly updated for Apple Watch 6.
