I put a time for my kids. They wouldn’t be able to get the money until they they reached the age of 35. I have three girls and I want to be sure that they get their brains together. Women usually get their heads together around that time. My first daughter had her mind awake at 33. I’m still waiting on my twin daughters to get to that age. Hopefully they will have it together by then. I was 35 when I got it together. I knew what to do with the money by then. It’s in investments into property. Land is usually the best investment, especially if you get residual income from it.

@@riley6740 that definitely seems to be a well thought out plan that would benefit the adult children. I think it would help them appreciate and respect the gift. Since they can't rely solely on inheritance but earn their own paychecks and know what it's like to earn, pay bills, living expenses and save. I wish that was a requirement set for anyone who up for inheritance from a little to a lot. It's like the people who win the lottery and boom their broke and sometimes in debt because they don't learn or won't learn how to handle money. So good on you. Even though you don't need it.
