Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 4 pcs.
Shallots - 2 pcs.
Red apples (firm) - 2 pcs.
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce - 2 tsp
Butter - 0.7 oz (20 g)
Apple cider - 5 fl oz (150 ml)
Heavy cream - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation:
Remove the core from the apples.
Cut into slices.
Chop the onion finely.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and butter in a heavy saucepan.
Over high heat, fry the onion until golden.
Add the apples to the onions.
Fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sugar.
Fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Put the onions and apples on a plate.
Add about 2 tbsp of olive oil to the saute pan.
Fry the chicken breasts over high heat until golden on both sides.
Season each side with a little salt and pepper.
Pour in the cider and evaporate by half.
Turn the chicken breasts occasionally.
Add the cream and stir.
Add the oyster sauce and stir.
Return the onions and apples to the saute pan.
Saute for another 1 minute
