Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Breakfast Bake

This is practically apple pie, but packed with protein and served for breakfast. The apple-cinnamon flavor is a perfectly delicious way to start the day, and since it's loaded with almonds and quinoa, it's sure to keep you full all morning.

Don't you need to rinse the Quinoa first? This doesn't say to do that and it looks like the quinoa is dry?

It’s says the quinoa is uncooked. Some quinoa comes “pre-washed” but I would just soak and clean it first and then follow recipe from there just to be safe. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤗
