2 cups flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick softened butter
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
2/3 cups brown sugar
1 apple (for topping)
▶️Method and Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together softened butter, applesauce, eggs, and brown sugar.
