Is Hailey sister to Sienna or Keith? Why would he give her anything because of a tantrum? And where are Hailey's parents in all this, whoever she is related to. Parents should help her a little, they allowed this behavior without correction. Counseling at an earlier age may have forestalled this meltdown and disaster
