how do you just use the audio instead of both. lets say i want to use a clip but i dont want that video i just want the audio. how do i do that?

seralan arasar I figured it out, or actually just by pass it. just leave the clip there and keep your audio levels the way you want and just change the opacity to 0 instead of 100% basically making the clip black and now you just put your video clip on top of it. and then you could make a compound clip if you wanted it. thats what i have been doing.
