Brody reminds me of a guy in one of my FB groups. "My wife spends way too much on groceries! My mother raised 5 kids and didn't spend this much!" blah blah blah. We were smart. "Do the weekly shopping and PROVE to her how she is wasting your money". "Yeah yeah yeah! Good plan!" A couple of us even told him to dm us "for tips." We got our dm's. "Diapers and formula and I'm already over $50!" (Turns out they had a 3 yr old on the spectrum, a toddler, and 4-month old triplets - LOTS of diapers and formula). He still hadn't even got to the food. "Do you KNOW how much steak is???" Does your wife buy steaks? "No! She makes us a lot of ground beef stuff." Yeah. Easy - but also cheap! Because she is probably trying to keep the grocery list down. But the wife? SHE WAS TIRED OF HIS COMPLAINING AND SENT HIM SHOPPING WITH ALL FIVE KIDS!!! Just like she had to do. I have no clue what happened after that. He never came back to the group and we never got any more dm's.
