Anne it's all in your head!! Just because he was nice to you? You think you two are in love? Lmao can someone call the mental hospital and see if they are missing a patient

People nowadays are so selfish. I am an older woman and have had my fair share of female friends, but I have never been in nor put someone in the position to feel used for looks or to make self-feel better. What is wrong with this kind of thinking?? Good morning all. Happy Holidays and enjoy!

Sorry to pop your bubbles, but the crap of associating with 'less attractive' people has been happening *all* through (at least) the last 200 years.

Why is it always a CEO? How about a construction worker? These people in these stories are all rich. Let's see reality-based stories.

They can be rich but a different job would be nice. Lol

Some construction workers make more than CEOs, depending on their specialty. I'd rather have a construction worker anyway. More down to earth.

The guy Anne married isn't even a CEO, he just lied to get her to marry him. Poor sod had no idea what kind of person he was attaching his life to...

This was a very sad story. Anne was having a mental health breakdown, delusions, jealousy, rash impulsive actions. She needed help. She did not need to be abandoned by her parents even if they were embarrassed. But some people do not understand or are embarrassed by a family member having a mental breakdown. Anne was wrong but she needed psychiatric help. Not total rejection and the cutting of family ties.

Because sometimes they don't love their family members.

Yeah, these stories are over the top sometimes. Some parents are made to look like good people by abandoning/disowning their child for the protagonist, which a warped way of thinking, I mean in reality, good people love their children unconditionally and stand by them through thick and thin.

Anne needs to be inpatient on a psych ward and be stabilized on meds until she is more stable and can be maintained on outpatient therapy.

This was actually very sad. This girl needs help. She is delusional.
@dragonfliesnh42049 ай бұрын
That was my first thought! No one tried to help her especially since this was out of the blue, even though people thought what triggered her was insignificant. I feel bad for people who find themselves in mental health crisis and people in their lives don't try to get them professional help. There is still so much stigma around mental illnesses in many countries, including where I live
@rollothecat20108 ай бұрын
I agree with both comment and reply here. Even though Anne was an adult, I still think her parents should have tried to help her after her failed wedding. Anne was having a mental health issue. She needed her parents at least to help her get psychiatric help. Perhaps her husband might care enough to help her even though he does not know her very much. But this is probably fiction, most of these stories are, I think.
@dragonfliesnh42048 ай бұрын
@@rollothecat2010 Yes, you're right, these are all fiction. As you obviously know, in real life people in crisis can do things that can be detrimental to their lives. Hopefully those struggling and reading these comments will be encouraged to seek help. There is nothing wrong with getting help.

I feel so sorry for the poor guy who Anne ended up married to... sure, he tricked her into marriage in the first place, but he didn't know what he was getting himself in for. That aside, why couldn't the woman just be happy for her friend? I don't understand how people can go so crazy over such little things...

U can lead a horse to water, but u can't make it drink... sometimes, it's better to do what's hard and turn away instead continually convince the other person they are wrong. U can't help those who don't want to be

I felt the same. Anne needs her parents to help her get the medical care she needs. Why cannot her parents see that?
@ArthurRex1318 ай бұрын
I have to disagree. Anne seems to be one of those people who needs to learn things the hard way. As unfortunate as that is, allowing her to come home and not suffer consequences would have taught her nothing. @@rollothecat2010
