Hi bro, battery health will reduce gradually as we use the device. It cannot be stopped. Just like our car bike batteries as we use it will degrade chemically. The best we can do is following charging practice as suggested in our iPhone battery health maintain tips video. You can use 20w adapter with original or any branded cable bro.
