what is the reason... my macbook lost 23% battery in 15 min (it is in very good condition)

run the MRI diagnostics to see if your battery has dead cells. support.apple.com/en-us/102550

Also, try to make your Mac die completely. Keep trying to turn it back on until it will not turn on anymore and then charge it to 100% without unplugging it and depending on what MacBook you have if there is a bent pin inside the battery connection to the logic board that will also make your battery die quick but if you have never been worked on MacBook, then it sounds like your battery is dying probably from overcharging and not letting it drain completely zero batteries when will last longer if you drain them completely and charge them to 100% instead of leaving it plugged in all the time we're only charging it to 80% also depending on what trackpad you have it could be squeezing the battery maybe continuous clicks that are way too hard. That puts abnormal pressure on the battery underneath especially if your battery is getting hot and dying. Then you'll need a new one most MacBooks, and that our daily drivers batteries start to go bad in year two and three especially when when you are running newer higher macOS that the battery wasn't built to run on

Jesus Christ you wasted your entire day taking the logic board out for no reason you could've just unbuckle the trackpad if you really wanted to but you really don't even have to because it will slide right out you just have to use tweezers to put it back in under the metal metal plate or just takeoff the track pack screws you don't even have to take them all the way off just loosen them all up instead of messing with every single ribbon and cable on your logic board and stretching the shit out of your trackpad came off tell your cable on the trackpad is still stretched out you could've just slipped that battery right out
