I just found out a solution that worked for me. When I paste custom lyrics in iTunes to the song, it shows the artwork

restore your iphone is the only way.... you need space your iphone.

My issue is when I sync music from iTunes on laptop to iPhone some artwork will appear on wrong albums on different artists even though they’re correct in iTunes. I have 150 gb free space. Even tried deleting those wrong items and resyncing but still not working right.

Thanks I’ll try this. Mine wasn’t downloading music too. And sometimes deleting the downloaded music when it DID download the songs. Is that just a ‘me’ issue? My optimize music space setting is off. Idk why it happens. It’s pretty irritating.

I just found out a solution that worked for me. When I paste custom lyrics in iTunes, it shows the artwork after I sync. I ran multiple/diff tests to see what the issue was. now I've finally figured it out. To everyone saying its not a storage issue, you're right, it really isn't, bc I only had like 3 gb used up at first

You could try it but that might be a separate issue. I would try re-syncing to iTunes to see if that fixes the glitch

Nah! it has nothing to do with storage, my ipod touch gets Dolly Parton for a The Killers album is so annying. I already resetted my ipod like 5 times and when I get to at least 400 songs, the artwork acts up and I get wrong artwork.

Nevermind. It was also a space issue! I was having the problem you described in the video as well and it fixed by clearing up space. It was dumb and confusing because sometimes they would load the artwork but in very low resolution. Thanks for this video! Thought it was just me lol
