When my husband and I were first dating I went over to his place. When I got there he wasn't home, but some unknown woman answered the door in her pajamas. Of course I was immediately on the defense, and wanted to know who this woman was. But, i didn't beat her down, I simply asked her. She told me she was his sister, and i immediately recognized the similarities between them. I started laughing and told her I was worried for a moment there. 29 years later and we still laugh about it when it comes up. My SIL says the last thing she would have wanted was a hot headed Latina ftom NYC going after her, lol.

When I was married we had a understanding that I do not touch her purse and she doesn't get into my wallet. At any given time if she asked I would hand it to her if she felt the need to look in it. This was well before cell phones so if you had a phone number kept it in your Wallet or purse. The wife started acting cold and distant, of course when a man asks what's wrong we get "nothing" This went on for the whole week. Finally I got pissed enough and said you either tell me what's up or go somewhere else to act like a child. Of course she had went into my wallet and found a girl name and phone number. She asked who in the hell is Cathy. Who? Cathy, you have her number in your wallet. I opened my wallet and pulled out every piece of paper. Folded up was the name Cathy with her last name and number. It took me a second then remembered. So this is the reason for this BS all week? Where did we go last Saturday? To look at some property. Right, what was the woman's name? Blank stare then I seen the connection hit her. O, I forgot her name. So all week you was pissed off and couldn't say anything because you broke our privacy agreement and trust. Yes, I'm sorry. Sorry ain't gonna cut it, I'm going to show you how it feels to have your partner be a ass towards you. Anything you want or need, do it yourself. It was three weeks before I spoke to her again.

Megan's parents should have forced her into a psych ward before cutting ties with her. Given everything it'd be for the best so she can't go insane over shit again. OP & her brother should file a restraining order against her too. I'm guessing the suing & reports made her leave them alone since it made Megan realize the brother wanted nothing to do with her anymore. Also the fact she forced this relationship & marriage onto him. I'm also surprised she didn't end up in prison for assault & her other crimes. I hope the brother finds someone that won't force the relationship onto him. One he's actually able to consent to since he didn't get much choice with Megan. I dunno what Megan is doing now but it'd be interesting if word got out about what she did at work.(She likely got fired for what happened but maybe she ran into ex-coworkers here & there) She gets shunned by them when she tries to interact. They shun her for forcing a marriage onto someone, for how psychotic she was, for her criminal behavior/crimes in general, talk about her being the girlfriend from hell & tell her how disgusted they are that she accused siblings of dating each other after being told they were related & not dating. Megan is horrified by her ex-coworkers' rage along with the fact everyone keeps calling her psychotic. Maybe then(plus after paying what she owes) after being told things are over, getting sued & disowned then shunned by ex-coworkers she possibly finally accepts getting some psychological help.

I wonder if she even gave her a CHANCE to say she was his sister?! I had something like this happen to me but I didn't just automatically go into CRAZY mode..... I said "Hey I'm "So-and-So", XYZ's fiancee and you are?!!" She said "OMG!!! Hi, I'm his sister XYZ!!! He has LITERALLY been talking about you NON-STOP since I got here. I guess he wanted to surprise you but now the surprise is over. So I told her..... No it's NOT!!!! You NEVER saw ME and I NEVER saw YOU!!!! AGREED?!! Her: You got it!!!!! SIS-IN-LAW!!!!! And to this DAY.... I don't know if she ever told him, if he ever found out or what!!!! But I do know one thing... I haven't said ONE WORD and it's been 26 years since the incident and 25 years since our marriage and I'm PRAYING it stays this way!!!! Maybe one day I will tell him.
