I'm so glad Air Texts is back with a fresh released story rather than daily padding the gap with hour long 'new' videos that turn out to be regurgitated stuff previously posted - like other Apple channels do. It's very disheartening on those channels to see "Oo an hour long vid!" only for it to be re-posted stuff. Not exactly the material us viewers look forward to for our chores/breaks/work-out times. Air Texts just goes to show that having a gap in posting and coming back with fresh videos, having taken the time to store up a few, is greeted with much more excitement and glee, rather than an exasperated "finally" from us after having had regurgitated old stories pop up in our feeds for a few postings. They WERE illegal. Toward the end of the story OP told her ex-fiance that Amy had borrowed money from loan sharks. I was WONDERING why in the beginning she said "debt collectors" were hanging around Dad's house. I don't believe legitimate lending institutions do that. Haunt you on the phone, yes. Come to your house, no. (At least I've never HEARD that they do.)

I have a hard time believing that the dad, with his fabulous wealth, couldn't hire some security to ward them off, hire a PI to find amy, etc. What utter nonsense about rescinding an adoption. I'm sure there are easier ways to disinherit somebody than to make up a law about unadopting after 3 years. Adoption made her his child, no ifs ands or buts. As for amy refusing to leave his side, he. Um. Didn't marry her. He can move away. He has nothing to do with her debts. Maybe they can get together (because we all know they dont' have enough money to do this on their own) and pay someone to do this for them. Also, if I was Sarah, I would have kept my mouth shut about Amy. I would have let Keith marry her believing that Amy was going to inherit something and let him be surprised once he discovered on his own just how wrong he was and how much debt she had to pay all on her own. Then i'd block them both on everything and beef up security around the house and my mother. That way they would have no way to come begging or stealing.

Did no one think to put the child and grief counseling or any type of counseling? You can only be so angry until you realize you did not do your due diligence to make sure the child grew up healthy.

It's unfortunate that OP & her family had to deal with this, I hope OP if she decides to try again finds a better fiance & that by some miracle her dad manages to live long enough to see OP marry someone that won't backstab her. I know he's fine with her being happy but it'd be nice if he could still get the chance to get married or at least learn the future fiance is a loyal & caring guy unlike Keith. Kinda unfortunate Amy ended up being a terrible person & being so ungrateful, OP's dad was willing to adopt her cause she was distant family & wanted her to have a loving family & she destroyed that good faith to the point the adoption was rescinded cause she nuked the bridge. Yeah she's still family due to being a distant relative but she's not close enough family(at least not anymore) for it to mean anything & it's pretty clear she's got nothing but the guy she stole now & even then she's forcing him to stay. I was hoping to see Amy message one last time after Keith found out the truth, maybe see her get upset cause she realized finally she's getting nothing & Keith is mad cause he realized he fell for her lies. Guessing OP already blocked her so it doesn't matter plus why bother telling her anything since they've already sent letters & stuff telling her officially. Kinda wish she got a bit more karma cause it seems like she didn't get anything. Sure she's heavily in debt, no family & no money but she already had that so it's not exactly getting punished past adding onto the money she owes along with Keith canceling their own marriage plans. At best Keith is the one getting all the punishment with losing the rich girl he was marrying, owing money thanks to throwing everything away cause of Amy, Amy not leaving & even quitting his job cause he realized this was going to be awkward. I want to imagine at some point Keith manages to find a way to get rid of Amy by getting one of her debt collectors to drag her off to work off everything she owes. That or OP finally takes some pity or thinks Amy needs to learn a lesson in humiliation like how she humiliated her family & offers to lower the costs Keith owes(or just offers to get her out of his hair which he'd accept either way) if he helps her drag Amy to a van that will send her to a factory that's willing to let her work there to pay off everything. Either way with that Amy is out of everyone's hair & finally working to pay what she owes though it's embarrassing for her & she wishes she could just be a lazy bum that goes gambling & shopping or some shit. She's all alone & not getting along with the coworkers(if it's the people she owes money to or people they had her work for then no shit), she doesn't even have family nor a way to escape but at least she has food, shelter & a way to pay for her drowning debts. Meanwhile Keith is free from Amy but still owes some money to OP along with no longer having a rich fiance & he's working at a different job thanks to the embarrassment he caused himself. It's a bit better than when Amy refused to let him go but he's still miserable & likely has no way to find another girl to be the gold digger fiance of.(Made worse if OP warned her friends & some people)
