I could not have cared less when my brother had girlfriends. But both times he married, he married a thief and cheater the first time, and a cheater and liar the 2nd time. 2nd wife would lie about things that were for no reason other than just to lie and cause hate and discontent. He's been single over 20 years now. And happy about it. I married a cheater and wife beater. I've been divorced for 39 years now. Very Content.

Siblings can have different accents especially if there's an age difference or one was adopted. People move around and generally develop an accent where they grew up, not based on how their family talks. My older siblings have a different accent from me and our father.
