Story one: Rena didn't understand anything and constantly bit the hand that was feeding her. Story two: Cameron has a problem with the illusion of control. Also, confessing about an affair with a stripper while trying to prevent a divorce? Not so smooth. Don't get me wrong. Cheating on your spouse is never a good thing. Cameron just wasn't that smart at all.

These stories with the misogynistic husband lording it over the wife because it's "my money my house my rules" disturbs me. Have people really reverted to that sort of thinking? Scary. If we're going to go back to the "good old days", ladies, here's some advice from my granny: start a secret bank account.
@lamargordon6017 Жыл бұрын
You act as if the courts havent heavily favored women during a divorce for the last 40 years. The men who are capable of making their wives housewives work hard to take care of them, not lord over them. Secondly, even if a woman does marry a man like Cameron...alimony exists. This needless fear is honestly funny
@thesquigz616 Жыл бұрын
@lamargordon6017 you're saying the last bit as if leaving an abusive marriage is easy. There's a reason why they say you should have an escape plan before breaking things off with someone who's controlling/abusive; Leaving is often considered the most dangerous part of breaking things off/leaving the household because ABUSERS ARE MORE LIKEY TO TRY AND HARM/KILL THEIR SPOUSE DURING THAT TIME. Not to mention, "needless fear" doesn't exist. Fear mongering? Yes, but if you're afraid for your life-- that's not needless. That's millions of years of evolution doing their part to keep you alive and not on a Facebook memorial page. If you fear for your life in a situation like this; chances are, that's your body telling you that you *should* fear for your life.

I had a similar thought. We don’t just appear in this world out of thin air. Our mother’s give birth to us. Also when we are newborn infants our mothers and other adults or older siblings help take care of us. If people did not take care of us when we were infants then there would be no humans alive on earth today. Humans are creatures that need to care for their children in order for the species to survive. We are not like some other creatures such as turtles for example. The only interaction a turtle mother has with her children is laying the eggs and burying them in sand. From that point on those eggs are on their own. Many of them are eating by other creatures or never hatched for some other reason. When an egg does hatch that baby turtle has to make it to the ocean and somehow manage to survive until it becomes an adult and can repeat the cycle of laying their own eggs (or doing what male turtles do) and having their offsprings fend for themselves as well.

Story 1: Rene ruined her own life & now she can't even be the shut in she turned into anymore. Hope this made her regret everything at the very least even if it's only regretting mistreating her son as it was her downfall. Hell she's lucky he didn't sue her for selling his property let alone the fact she trashed his other possessions or even sue her for emotional damages. I'm guessing OP's dad & brother care about him given they were angry on his behalf & there's no mention of them being terrible people. I'm just guessing just like how she never listened to OP she never listened to them tell her about what OP is doing nor listen to them tell her to be nice to him. Story 2: Cam should have treated OP better & actually tried to pretend to care for his MIL cause that was his downfall. Now he's poor, has to let his dad scrape together money for his mom's nursing services & will likely never see his son again or at least without surveillance. His MIL cared for him & he hated her for no reason than being a single parent while he loved his mom & expected OP to care for her when his mom when she was still healthy showed she didn't care about his wife that he apparently shares the same views on. I hope his coworkers find out & he's shunned or he suffers in silence(due to pride) while hearing them brag about what they do for their wives while he's stuck with the secret that he failed as a husband & cheated on his wife. Something tells me that trouble for lying is a charge with contempt in court & that stripper might be in trouble for getting a little to personal with a client given everything.

21:50 pfft. “You come in this world alone and die in it alone”? So, when Cameron says “people” he’s essentially saying that the mother and all the nurses and doctors there and even the father (if he is there) and even the ones who were triplets or twins are basically nonexistent? Damn that’s stupidity at its finest. Also, while yes there are people who die alone, the number of people who don’t die alone far outweighs those. Many families stay around the loved ones that are dying to make sure they live their last days knowing they are loved. Cameron is just full of dumb.
