It’s biddy. After biddy hens, which are hens setting, or with new chicks. Biddy hens can be really aggressive and grumpy. Stayed with my grandmother weekends and summers on her farm.

Mil just invites herself to stay at sons home for a month without being invited or getting permission and wants to do the housework and cooking. She has previously complained about how wife does house chores. And complains that they visit the father so often but doesnt visit him often herself. So of course she suspects ulterior motives for their visits.
