Sabrina needs to have a attitude adjustment of her own. First of all, she has no business to be badmouthing her supervisor. Helen is not completely at fault and was just trying to do her job. Second of all, Sabrina lacks company ethics. Drake was put up by this daughter's unprofessional behavior but was unable to change his daughter's pathetic attitude like he should have done many times before. So Sabrina has no mindset nor control over her narcissist behavior. She needed to be constantly disciplined by her parents before her egoistic behavior took over her judgement. How can she behave like an adult if she continues to behave like a bully?

What I will never understand in these story premise is how these employees able to get away with their shenanigans for as long as they did?.. how these companies weren't sued for a toxic work environment, wrongful termination and work place harassment is beyond me.. this company would go bankrupt with the dozens or so clss action law suit that would be slapped on them.. it's the companies responsibility to provide a comfortable work environment.. Sabrina has been allowed to get away with harassing other employees and making it a very toxic uncomfortable work environment. I would've sued the company🤷🏾‍♀️

I know this story is made up and there are variations of the same story. In reality they are more sneaky and more cunning. Long ago I had a co worker who pretend to protect your best interests, help etc until you let your guard down. Than he would tell all kind of lies about you to the cao or the owner of the company to get the promotion you were promised. Every time I had a meeting with the CAO and/or owner he tried to sit in on it while he was not invited. I always flat out refused to talk as long he was in the room.
