The cole slaw looks delicious. It reminds me of family gatherings during my 1960's childhood. I don't remember miniature marshmallows as an ingredient.

Yes, I thought adding the marshmallows was strange. But they tasted pretty good in the coleslaw.

I have heard of apple and pineapple in cole slaw, the marshmallows through me for a loop. But I will remember this one for sure, and probably double it for next family picnic. Taking Strawberry pretzel salad to a graduation party in a few weeks.

Oh wow! Strawberry Pretzel Salad sounds really interesting! Is it easy to make? Yes, the marshmallows are an odd ingredient, but I think it worked.

@@SeniorCitizenSue Easy enough to make, but you do have to wait a little while between layers. Lots of recipes online for that. I always cut down on the sugar allotment. Almost a dessert, not a salad.
