Good to see you both back, thanks for the video. Just wondered if you have thought of including some cider apples in your tasting. I know they won't be the equal of eating apples but I would be interested in your comments. Thanks again.

Hi Stephen - I only have one cider apple in my collection, and no apples this year. But if I get the chance to pick any up from our visits to other orchards, we will include them.

They often have an unusual texture (like cardboard - you can't swallow the fruit even if chewed for a long time) which helps in the pressing; the juice runs out better if the texture is fibrous.

Thanks Elizabeth. The last few weeks I have been up and down with my legs. I think they are less weak and then I am suffering for a week or two with extreme weakness. Currently waiting on a blood test result from 3 weeks ago, apparently that's normal for this test.
