Excellent - Most helpful, particularly doing a complete erase and setting up again as a new Apple Watch. Fixed my problem by doing this and deleting and reinstalling the watch App on my iPhone - apparently that can be very helpful as well.

Thanks for the video.. I tried all the suggestions and I’m still losing 8/10% per hr since updating to 15.4.1. Maximum batt health is 84% and the series 4 44mm is 3 1/2 yrs old. I used to be at work 12 hrs and have 45/55% left. The watch dies now in about 8 or 9 hrs . Is it worth getting a Apple Watch battery replacement for 80 bucks? I need help is appreciated. Great video

Apple: invents all kinds of cool shit for your wrist computer Apple Watch KZbin guy: TURN THAT SHIT OFF ITS FUCKING UP THE BATTERY
@tntcart3 жыл бұрын
Series 4 here, 84% battery health, my fix was suggested by another KZbin Apple Watch reviewer…… The fix was to simply drain the battery as much as possible …completely dead….so he put it in his nightstand drawer for one week and then took it out of the drawer and started tapping on the face of the watch to try and get the screen to come on….. if it comes on at all you need to put it in the drawer for another week …..the point is, not to have the face come on at all when tapping …..that means it is completely drained. Then charge the watch back to 100% and see if it only drains 8 to 10% per hour then it is good to go!

You missed a key tip: Turning on Cinema mode...This helps saving power by not turning on every single time you shake your wrist or rising your wrist...so you have to manually click the buttons in order to wake up your screen

I have the series 3 apple watch that ive had for about 4 months now and the battery health is at 95% and ive timed it and it took 2 hours and 4 mins to go from 50% to 100% and fully dead 3 hours which is not what it used to take when i first bought the watch. I tried the first two steps and it made it worse for me and the battery is just worse now and dies quickly but take forever to charge i do use a black watch face that just shows the time but nothing else on it but the battery is still the same. I fully reset the apple watch and that helped it from dying as fast but it still take hours to charge which i find annoying. I would replace the battery but it looks very difficult and i dont want to damage any of the components inside the watch since its so small and apple charges $160 service fee on the watch which i think is too much considering that the apple watch se is $219 for the 40 mm and its newer.

Unfortunately none of this worked. I had to update my watch recently because it stopped syncing. After the update and restore it dies by 2PM (I put it on when I wake up at 5AM). Before the update it would still have 30-40% battery when I took it off at night.

@@gamerontop6586 I managed to fix this. My watch was just 1 day old and I was facing hyper drain, i.e - 2 percent every minute. The thing i did was, firstly I updated my watch to the latest beta as iPhone 12 is also running on the latest beta version.
