Glad you enjoyed the video! The sleep app I use is called AutoSleep. I have really enjoyed it! Although, I am looking forward to Apple’s improved sleep tracking that is coming in the next watchOS. 😃

What a lot of BS about sleep tracking and waking up to haptic feedback 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ 1mm “LARGER” display lol and 1hr vs 45mins charging time, wow
