My S6 has the same problem that yours but I've never ever charged it using non-apple device. Thinking to move to Garmin
@andip9718 Жыл бұрын
For me the same (85% after 2years) and I never had this problem on the S4, S3 and earlier. I think it is a problem of the first iteration of fast charging on an Apple Watch. I just got the series 7 45mm. The battery watch itself has a battery health percentage of 100%. I also use always on display. I took it off the charger @ around 11am this morning when putting it on for work.. and at work I got a low battery notification at around 3:30//4pm. It lasted another couple hours with just 10% left. With all respect, how could the series 7 be the most proficient with battery life? Was always on display turned on for this test for watches that has that feature? Today my Apple Watch 7 45mm only lasted less than around 7 hours. Then it shut off 😞. Again, the battery health percentage says it’s at 100% still. Any advice? I am using my same brick and charger that I had with the SE and as far as I know the Watch was charged to a full 100% this morning. Yesterday I had no problem with battery life. Not sure if I should give it another shot tomorrow or just return the Watch..

Honestly another explanation why the SE beat the series 6 is because theres a lot more going on with the series 6 as opposed to the SE and the 5 which were essentially the same exact watch. All those extra health features in the 6 weren't all in the SE or the 5 so the two of them had a lot less battery power being drain from background app usage.

For me, I tend to be a bit more conservative with my Apple Watch usage, and with my Series 7 I can push it well beyond the 2 day mark, getting pretty close to almost 4 days of battery only occasionally checking the time and whatever the weather might be on that day. I never got that with my Series 5 even with a completely healthy battery (couldn’t actually use it all the time because the job I was working at, I was around chemicals that could very easily damage or even destroy it; and when I left that one for a job where I didn’t have to worry about it my Series 5, which was left on its charger was down to 84% battery capacity). Probably once I really start going out on runs again I’ll have to charge it a little more often but overall I’ve been really happy with the Series 7.

The 0 to 2 unit’s batteries seems to be completely worn out, so it's little interest in their testing, but i wonder why series 3 have so poor result? With its great 352 mAh battery, assuming it have 95% battery health, this watch should rock! On the other side, series 7 result is so outstanding that’s hard to believe. Having approximately same mAh that 5 and SE have (300-310), it lasts 1.5 time longer! How can this physically be possible? It uses series 6 soc. Of course there are some improvements, but absolutely not enough for such a huge leap.
