The Air Case will scratch the side of your ultra without a doubt. I've removed mine maybe 3-4 times and I now have scratches by the action button and speaker. Love the looks of this case and still keep it on my watch every day but be wary that it will scratch.

I loved my band case but had to returned both. Every time I flexed my wrist I felt off. The case got damaged easily when the hole thing just came off and hit the concrete.
