I stuck with this one, because the writing had no typos and the credibility factor wasn't in the red, but with the big reveal: "It's a RENTAL!" comes the Fecal Nugget Award. In America, all lessees must sign the lease, so there's no surprise factor here. She'd have had to sign the lease docs. Whoops, there goes the ol' veracity . . .oh well. Try to tell true stories for a change.
