Why is my fonts not arching? I followed exactly what you did in video but once choose the heart, and circle, when it goes back to hoop/working area, it did not arch. I even clicked on circle to the right. ???? I am stumped .

I dont know once you have the word shaped, when you then click on an empty space on the screen the text should stay arched. You dont need to use a shape, i was just using that as an example. You can type your text straight in the normal way, then under the straight line icon under style choose bridge up and it should arch, then you can go to the circle icon as i showed in the video and adjust the radius
