Made it yesterday. It has a moist texture with a great apple cinnamon flavor. Also, it is healthier than most quick breads. God bless!

I made this bread and it was delicious. I added 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar cuz I believed my apple sauce was already too sweet. I also added diced apple in the batter and boy was it good. Super moist and super soft.

I baked it today. It is so tender. I did not expect it to have such a beautiful and dominant apple flavour. The star really is applesauce in this bread. I loved it. Thank you so much ❤️

I made it today with 1 cup of whole wheat and 1/2 of all purpose flavor. It was delicious! I was trying to find an alternative bread recipe instead of buying bread at the store, my kids loved it!

I just made this bread right now. It is so good and moist. I like it. Not to sweet its just enough sweetness. And by the way I used my homemade applesauce from your video. Thank you for that. I used 1 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 all purpose flour. It came out good.

I loved the proportion of the ingredients. Most cakes or breads need 2 or more eggs, it's quite a lot. But this one, just great. Tnx :)

I made this bread this morning. I didn't have currants OR raisins so I used dried cranberries. We're snowed n so I LOVE the warmth of the bread! U r right! Its a great breakfast bread...wonderful with coffee. I'm about 2 DIVE N AGAIN & have it 4 lunch with marmalade like u suggested & maybe apple tea. 😉😄

thank you for this, it looks amazing! i like that you tasted it at the end, i usually don't believe cooking shows when they taste their own cooking because they go 'mmm!' even when it's not yet in their mouth xD but explaining the texture and taste the way you did is very helpful! i have tried several recipes from you and they worked like magic! it's also great that you use cups and grams, thank you very much!

I made this and it was delicious. My batter was thinner (maybe my apple sauce had more liquid in it) so it took a bit longer to bake, but in the end it was fine. I added raisins and walnuts. I might add some shredded carrot next time.

I love your recipe, easy, practical and yummy. Friends and family love it. I have tried it also with shredded apple or little apple chunks, I've substituted the raisins for chocolate chips and walnuts. Always a hit! Baking some right now to give to my neighbors and family for Xmas! 💞💜

Es heißt Natron oder Natriumhydrogencarbonat. I looked for it forever, but it is becoming easier to find. Bigger supermarkets like Rewe and Kaufland have it, and I also saw it in dm. The only brand I have ever seen is called Kaiser Natron. It comes in green packets. I've also seen Arm and Hammer baking soda in some Asian markets. I hope that helps!

Almond flour is gluten free. You can replace some of the all purpose flour with almond flour but so you would have to experiment with the amount and then see if you like the results.
