Cannot Send Message MMS Messaging Needs to be Enabled to Send this Message on iPhone & iPad iOS 13

I'm using 14.1 on iPhone 11. Initial solution didn't work, but Solution 1 worked. My data, cards, etc. all appear to be in place. My data is all backed up on the cloud, so that may make a difference. Thanks!

When you search there for “no mms option” it gives you some options and on first one there saying “APN settings for cellular data and MMS” you should type blue or green thing under there sating “Roam Mobility for USA” when you go there you should find “How To Guides” then Setting Up Your Device” follow the instructions just turn off your iPhone then turn it on go to the messages and boom you have the MMS option.Let me know if this worked for you 😊
