iOS 17: Message Failed to Send on iPhone | iPhone Not Sending Messages

iPhone message failed to send to one person after iOS 17, text message failed to send on one person, text message failed to send on iPhone 15 pro max, cannot send message to someone on iPhone, iPhone won't send text messages after iOS 17.

My messages are sending when the wifi is on then if i turned it off in the setting i will get a notification saying that my messages are failed to send? How can i fix that??

I turned on airplane mode, then i turned off imessage and sms and waited a bit then turned on all and also took off airplane mode and it worked !!
