Applewood Smoked Pork Belly Tacos!
Smoked in a @Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 smoker with @fireflavorfireclub hardwood lump charcoal and @bearmountainbbq apple wood chunks. Seasoned with @MeatChurchBBQ Texas Sugar seasoning. Smoked for 5.5 hours, and sprayed with @drpepper once an hour. After resting the meat, slice, and pair with @MissionFoodsUS flour tortillas, Broken Taco pickled onions, and jalapenos.
Whoever eats the most gets the most, so dig in!
