Smoked in a ‪@Masterbuilt‬ Gravity Series 560 smoker with ‪@fireflavorfireclub‬ hardwood lump charcoal and ‪@bearmountainbbq‬ apple wood chunks. Seasoned with ‪@MeatChurchBBQ‬ Texas Sugar seasoning. Smoked for 5.5 hours, and sprayed with ‪@drpepper‬ once an hour. After resting the meat, slice, and pair with ‪@MissionFoodsUS‬ flour tortillas, Broken Taco pickled onions, and jalapenos.
