I am confused. You put school glue on both the front and back of the fabric piece to be appliqued. What is the purpose of glue on the front of the fabric?

Hi. You don’t put it on the front. Only the back.

Do you leave the paper in and soak after the project is done?

It stays in. Yes. Makes it nice and fluffy
