Thank you for the video. I followed the portal’s instructions: printed the selma form, signed it by hand (with the same date that was mentioned at the bottom of selma application form), scanned, and uploaded it. For creating my CV, I used EUROPASS to add my scanned handwritten signature, and did the same for my Letter of Motivation through MS word. Is this process correct?

But I have a little problem with the process, have done the first step on the Selma portal but don't know how to upload back the scanned document to the Selma portal so can you kindly help me?

You don't have to upload it to Selma. Download the pdf from Selma, sign with and pen and scan. Follow the video, you will have to create an application account on the Tropical Forestry webpage where you will upload the pdf you signed and scanned and other required documents. Follow the video because all you need is detailed in the video
