Apply Multiple Data Validation to Same Cells in Excel - Tutorial

In this Excel tutorial, we go over how you can create a single formula that will apply multiple criteria to the same cells using Data Validation.
Because the custom Data Validation feature in Excel allows only a single formula to be used at one time, you have to do a little planning to apply multiple data validation criteria to the same cells.

Is that any way to combine, In Data Validation use The Between function, min value input "$S$4" max value input "$U$4" and the Remove duplicate "=COUNTIF($D$10:$M$10,D$10)=1" that's my cause ? I could not find the way to combine. Thank you for your time

Can I ask you something if you don't mind please? I have a cell with 3 choices (by data validation) and i want to fill others cells automatically which also these filled cells can calculate numbers automatically. For example, when I choose the first choice from the cell with the data validation, then another cell can calculate the sum of some cells automatically. when i choose the second choice from the cell with the data validation then another cell (not the cell from the first choice)can calculate the sum of some cells automatically.
