no declaration of value is different from income document. declaration of value is a document you get when you legalize your academic document. you tell the embassy to give you declaration of value. but income document is a form you put your income and family income which will be used to tank you during scholarship ranking. so the reason why you have to submit the income document after you have gotten visa is especially for naija people. it implicates your statement on the income form which states that you don't have money .so the embassy will ask "If you don't have money where then did you get your pof?" or "if you have pof, why did you apply for scholarship that states that you don't have income" I don't know if you understand. so the income document you legalize at ministry of foreign affairs.hold it until your visa is out and then go to embassy and legalize it. You can use sponsor for visa but make sure you guys are related. I hope it makes sense
