I’m 23 and I’ll be 25 when I wanna go, I applied back in 2017 for camp 2018 but didn’t go unfortunately, I also want to go to Camp IHC and I can’t wait I’m gonna hopefully go to camp in 2024

I’m applying for camp America 2023. Ive just started the application with the initial questions. Ive now got an interview with the agency. If I don’t have enough skills can I ask to be a general councillor. Or if I don’t have enough experience with a certain skill, will that be a problem? Also I saw on the student room, and the agency interview mainly is quite relaxed and the interviewer helps you with the application. Are the questions also about my Experience and what I would to get out of camp America? Are there any questions I should prepare for? @@mollierae6924 yeah I've had mind already. I was longer than I thought. KZbin vids said like 10-15 mins. Mins was about 30-40 mins ish. But its not at all bad. Don't stress bout it. The questions are all about the application, they just help you through it and ask questions bout it

Thanks angel!! Have you already had an interview with Tyler Hill? I think they’re getting back to people in a few weeks, they invite all the returning staff back at the start of October so it’s normally after that! X

No you can apply now! As long as you’re going to be 18 by summer you’re fine!!

when it comes to experience when working with kids, what if my experience isn’t that much or is in a different context? i am a mental health worker, i study mental health for a majority of ages & have interacted with kids of all ages for it. does the context of my experience still count even though it’s not as “bright” as others?

That sounds like amazing experience! Honestly experience isn’t even required at all, obviously it’s desired but it’s not the be all and end all! So your experience would definitely be considered as valuable to an employer!
