Why didn't you apply the Rhinestones while the Epoxy was tacky? The beads would have still stuck

I wouldn’t have time to do that because it would take me too long before the epoxy dried and it would all drip off because the epoxy needs to be moving for hours while it’s drying or won’t turn out shiny
