Hello! Most universities do allow students to have medical singles as long as you are able to get your doctor to give a thorough answer as to why the accommodations you are requesting are medically necessary. If your son has some of his top colleges in mind you can always start to take to their disability and accommodations department before applying and accepting to get a better idea of what that specific university can offer!
