anyone who has worn the pants, knows that those are 'thigh'-pads, not knee-pads. they literally are placed well above the knees. not sure who modelled for them, but they weren't anatomically average, that's for sure. the ridge reaper pants are incredible. i'm in canada, and they are great for the entire season. wear nothing under them in the early season, and this winter, in temps down to -20C, all i wore was long johns under them.

Glad you like them but they are on my knees and are made to flex with your legs. I appreciate the feed back. Every pant I have of them are on my knees.

@@appointedoutdoors ya, i just saw some where they are clearly on the knee area. I think it was on amazon, or somewhere, reading reviews of them, and people were complaining about what was up with the kneepads being up so high. I hadn't even worn mine yet, then saw mine are that way too, up above the knees. Clearly must be a different pant model, that was maybe made wrong??? Something i learned, in a bad way, about these garment's material...stay away from flame. I had lit a match, and blowing it out, it dropped onto my leg. Touched my leg for a millisecond, and instantly there was a hole right through the pants, literally melted clear through. So i'd highly advise changing outfits before sitting around the campfire.

An update. I've figured out why my pant has the 'kneepad' up much higher, more on the thigh. Different pant model. Mine are the coldgear, and have zip-up pant legs. So, because the side zippers come almost up to the knee, they had to move that 'kneepad' higher.

Hi brother I'm looking for a good back pack that can handle lots of weight and remain durable for years to come. Comfort is a plus as always but maybe not completely necessary. I want to go hiking with 50 lb or more. I'm a outdoors enthusiast. I love it and can't get enough. Please help me I been looking for military back packs but they are always sold out. I have a big camping trip coming up may 27 2023 and I been looking for a good "durable" set up for a few months now. Please read this and respond. Sadly, I would love to purchase the full set, except UA is saying that the Rut set is meant for Mid season... The customer service and website is a complete joke.. Do you know anyone that has actually wore this stuff on cold days between the range of 0F-30F?? Like it's almost like UA camo is trash as NO ONE has reviews on it really.. Please I would love some feedback!

I just got back from Illinois and wore the rut suit on cold windy days and loved it. It did it’s job hands down and I am very pleased with the outcome. The temps I had were his in the 30s and lows in the 20s with 20-50 mph winds. I also used their layering system with the 4.0 base layer and a hoody. The revenant is the cold suit but didn’t take that one this round.

I’m located in Alabama and sometimes it gets into the teens and I have used them with a base layer and a good sock and I was pretty warm
