I think there won't be an issue regarding this. You can give your interview in Hindi as well no need of speaking part. Whereas English writing is concerned you can take coaching for that starting from the basic.

I preferred only affairs cloud for GA and newspaper. Revise it multiple times, make notes and just revise it. Also give GA mocks as much as possible.

I am assuming that you are asking about Quant section. So, the quant sectional cut off of Phase - I RBI Grade B 2022 exam was 4.50. To clear it you just need to attempt 5 questions with 100% accuracy.
