Sudden light wind while turning. There are pockets of air that cause sudden turbulence for a very short period of time.

😄 No that’s just the moment when the turbine is slowing down that the rotations were in sync with the camera frame rate. When you see it “start” again a few seconds later the rotation rate is then slower than the frame rate. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
