mam how to evaluate intake and output and how to correct that and mam if patient is on septic shoch and not improving not even on vasopressor how much fluid to give for maintainance in ICU when patient cant accept orally.kindly answer mam

Sir , agar kisi CKD patent ka poora blood man lijie 5 litre ....Normal blood jiski cretanineine , urea, Hb sab sahi ho se replace kia jaye to kya patient ko 2-4 din ki relief milegi???
