Approach to Narrow Complex Tachycardia

What do you do if you have a patient with a heart of 120? What if the heart rate is 150, or better yet 170. In this EM Ed lecture we discuss the approach to a patient with narrow complex tachycardia. We discuss the major branch points in the management algorithm. Is the rhythm narrow or wide? Is the patient stable or unstable? We then discuss how to treat these branch points.

hey, great video, thanx for sharing it. umm if I may comment on this video, I think it would be super if u could up the voice quality and make the writing clearer so I could concentrate more while u r speaking. but really thank u for posting I find it difficult to find videos on how to approach on a clinical basis.
