15:17 The trick I've always used is finding a dirt road spline, and a gravel/dirt texture that blends with it well, then submerging the spline under the grid so just the tops of the tire marks are visible, it gives a good impression of worn gravel roads imo. You can also find nice gravel splines with matching textures on The Erecting Hall which I use a similar method to add a bit of depth to my industrial scenes.

For your intermodal facility, have you looked into the Tidewater River route and American Intermodal route from Jointed Rail? I'm sure those would help you on how you want the P&B's intermodal facility in Highland.
