The hotel and pool scene reminds me of the beach condos in Savannah, GA cause there's a pool across the parking lot and a table with an umbrella with a fence all around

Something I always see in parking lots is that asphalt gets kinda faded wherever cars park for a while, so where I put parking splines I also add a lighter shade of asphalt in some places. I can show you on Discord what I mean. And I also completely agree with the parks. I always try to add them whenever I can.

Well at least you have given the people trains a literal alarm clock and an annyoing thing to listen to during the night, how do I know dude, up in old orchard beach Maine I’ve stayed at hotels near or next to the trains tracks, one had the platform and the tracks right outside the window literally the Amtrak Downeaster and pan am freights with ex CSX locos like dash 8’s going through night and day with awsome horns

Your routes are always FANTASTIC!!! I have two suggestions that you probably have heard and I am hoping: 1) people. Add some people. Sometimes, even if some cars are running, it seems like a zombie town :-) . 2) Camera views! -- after tinkering and switching and controlling trains, it's good to sometimes sit and drink tea and have a snack or lunch and just watch great trains on a great route and relax. Camera views help alot in these times :-) . Your video-ending cinematics is what I want more of when I am in your routes ;-)

Probably in the next two episodes you'll be seeing a lot more people and details added. As I wrap up and fill in the rest of the gaps the final things I'll be working on are completing the super detailing and traffic patterns. Episode 20 should be the last one and it'll be nothing but cinematics like P&B 30 was.

Love watching you build but, that hotel this time looks like you made the parking on the right wing a bit too tight in relation to the pool. You have plenty of room for the cars to pull in and out on the back side but on the right side, you'd be pretty hard pressed to pull into a single slot if all the others were full. Just my opinion.
